´Worm´ Moon Distillation
The last Full Moon of the winter season is in March. It is called the Worm Moon because the earth awakens from the winter, the ground begins to soften so that earthworms can reappear, inviting the return of migrating birds and spring. Also, intestinal worms are more active, so it’s a good time to worm your horses and dogs. Traditionally the needles from evergreen trees were used for worming. So this full moon we will distill Stone Pine (Pinus Pinaster), a pine native to this area. Come and join us for this plant journey, where we will explore the properties of pine as you learn how to harvest and distill and create your own aromatic medicine.
Price €225 includes 2 nights stay, all food and 100 ml of the aromatic water.
